Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

As well as cheques, we accept all credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

If you choose the credit card sent seperately option, your order will be despatched once we have received the card details.

Shipping And Handling There will be a carriage charge of £6.00 for all orders up to £200 to the UK mainland. All overseas orders will be charged at approximate cost. Please email sales@footwear-safety.co.uk for a price.

Delivery Schedule We try to despatch orders placed before 10am on the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, when they will be despatched on the next working day.There may be a day or two delay during peak times. Deliveries to the Uk Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) will be made via carrier, all other deliveries will be Royal Mail.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security All credit card transactions are direct through HSBC secure site and are completely secure. If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call Internet Sales on 01493 847145 and we can process your order manually.

Returns Policy If you wish to return your purchases you must do so within 28 days from the date of receipt. Return them to us at Yarmouth Stores Ltd, 117 South Quay, Gt Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3LD. Enclose the packing list and explain wether you would like an exchange or refund. (you cannot return products that have been tailored to meet your specific requirements, for instance special sizing or embroidery). Upon receipt of the product in good condition and original packaging, we will either send out the exchange or make a full refund (less delivery cost) within 5 working days. You will receive an email to confirm.
