We try to despatch orders for stock items placed before 10am on the same day, (excluding weekends and bank holidays, when they will be despatched on the next working day.) At peak times there may be a day or two delay. Non stock items will be despatched within 3 - 5 days. Please phone for stock availability if order is urgent. All our goods are sent either Royal Mail First Class packet post, or via DPD for larger orders. Delivery is normally the next day, but this is not guaranteed.

If you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund send them via Royal Mail standard parcel post to us at Yarmouth Stores Ltd, T/A Chefs Clothing, 117 South Quay, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3LD.
